After two years of being on and off the market, our house went under contract today! AH! The closing date is scheduled in just 30 days so we are going to start packing! We are planning on staying in the same area but upgrading a bit and moving onto a new chapter in our lives. We are excited to start looking for a house that is going to truly be both of ours!

Our house....
